Beware!!!!! I drove over a thousand miles to look at a 2006 elite horse trailer that I was told was a 9 out of 10. Got there and the trailer was more like a 4 or 5 out of 10. The floor in the bathroom was seperating from being wet and I had specifically asked if it had been wet inside they said no. I tried to use the slide one the trailer it wouldn't even go in and out. The generator would run just enough to try to die and they had it parked where there was no service to power to see if anything else worked. Things were jerked out with wires cut this was a total waste of my time. So after spending over 500 to go look at a trailer I was lead to be leave was in like new condition that ended up needing 6 to 10 thousand in work I made them an offer that reflected the work it needed to get it back in the shape it should have been they didn't even have the curtesy to get back with me. Beware of this place I feel that they flat lied to me to get me over there thinking I would just go ahead and buy it since I had gone so far.

In return to their response, I don't care how old a trailer is if you tell someone the trailer is a 9 out of 10 it should be in like new condition...... More than likely the floor under the shower was warped from the hole that was in the shower pan someone had calked which the only way to fix is to replace it. Also the generator didn't just run at a low idle or bogged down as I was told all it did was continually try to die. The did tell me that they got the slide to work by removing the access panel and sliding it in manually which in my book if you can't get in the trailer and push the button it doesn't work..... None of the batteries were good one of the tvs was missing satellite was missing and I was told there was 50 amp service on the other side of the building but I was also told that if I was going to move it over ther that I was buying the trailer. So I stand behind what I said this trailer was abused and if I get told that I won't be disappointed buy a 10 year old trailer that I had the check for 64500 in hand and I can't drag it home and throw horses in I pretty much feel I was lied to. Who wants to give that much and have to drag it home to put in the shop. Also I don't care if someone feels my offer is low if your a reputable business and you don't have the decency to get back with me you need new management . I really with that I had had my tape with me cuz I call the out on it but it sure looked short to me I think they measured the long wall since it was a reverse load.

P.S. This trailer is a 2006 stainless elite with 25' living quarters if they tell you this trailer is a 9 of 10 don't be leave them it is rough.
